OAgents was created by small business owners who were tired of spending 90% of their time on everything except the work they love.
As small business owners, we realized something painful: most of our time wasn't spent on the thing we loved. It was spent chasing expenses, tracking inventory, managing people, dealing with payroll, HR, and accounting. Our mission with OAgents is simple — automate the non-creative, non-core parts of running a business so you can get back to doing what you're actually here to do.
We tried everything. One tool for expenses. One for inventory. One for HR. One for payroll. An accounting firm using their own software. And of course… spreadsheets. Suddenly, running the business felt harder than doing the business.
Everywhere we looked, it was the same story: chefs managing spreadsheets, florists doing HR tasks, photographers reconciling transactions. We all became part-time administrators instead of creators. That's why we started building OAgents — to take the boring, repetitive, back-office work off your plate, without taking control away from you.
