OAgents is an automated accounting platform that provides AI-powered tools for expense tracking, transaction categorization, bank statement processing, and financial reporting. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of AI Services and Data Processing

OAgents utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to provide automated accounting services. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Data Processing: Your financial data, including receipts, bank statements, transactions, and related information, will be processed by AI models to provide automated categorization, extraction, and analysis services.
• Third-Party AI Providers: We may use third-party AI service providers to process your data. These providers are selected based on industry-standard security and privacy practices. Your data may be transmitted to and processed by these providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Consent: By using the Service, you explicitly consent to the transmission and processing of your data by AI model providers for the purpose of providing the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, data extraction, categorization, matching, and analysis.
• Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and secure data transmission. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OAgents, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
